We tend to be very cautious of our health in this world of junk foods and other stuff. Due to our hectic routine we may not keep a track of our daily dose of exercise. Not keeping the intro long and giving speech on health : P and coming to point there's an app for your health
Samsung has an app which works for all phones and its not merely Samsung specific.
The S-Health app is developed mainly to track your steps, calorie burnt, distance travelled, etc. It has numerous great features and does not require a fitness tracker like Fitbit , etc. The only thing is that while workout you need to have your phone with you if you do not want to pair with a fitness tracker.

Another great feature is determining the hours of sleep also the calorie intake. All these features can be used without trackers too, just you need to configure manually.
You can select what to display on the opening interface.
