All of a sudden from trusted sources the device which was rumoured to be Nokia 8 as disclosed in this article may not be it. Qualcomm's spokesperson did mention about it. However, as said they were rumours and the hopes with Nokia are still high ;-)

Nokia last week made a surprise launch in China with the First Nokia branded Android device of 2017 with the Nokia 6 which was a midrange device in specs and pricing. Indeed no one expected for Nokia to launch a device before MWC 2017 , however it is what it is. Now there have been leaks and renders of what is to be called as Nokia flagship of this year i.e Nokia 8
There are speculations of it coming in two interesting variants where one will be powered by the Snapdragon 835 whereas the lower model will come with the Snapdragon 821.
The naming is expected to be Nokia 8, however they are just assumptions and speculations and may not be the same. However the device is confirmed to be unveiled in MWC 2017 in Barcelona.
The sd 835 variant will have 6 GB of RAM and will be equipped with 24 MP camera which will have both OIS and EIS and will have a 12 MP front facing camera. Nokia was known for adding CARL ZEISS optics and is expected to do the same this time.
The sd 821 variant will have 4 GB of RAM.
Storage could be 64 or 128 GB for the higher variant and nothing else is known. However, specifications may vary but they seem to be true.
Do check out the video (link given below) which shows the camera comparison of both the variants. Indeed from the video it can be seen that the devices are not stable as they are in the beta or testing phase and will be stable on release. The comparison and performance of OIS and EIS of the device seems interesting.
