Simulation titles on PC are highly diverse and dynamic. With the help of mods one can completely change the default look and features and make it more realistic. However, the simulator games available for Android or iOS are limited and not upto the mark. There are very few which are somewhat realistic and worth mentioning. Below is a list of Simulator games available from the play store which is worth trying out.
1. Infinite flight simulator
The infinite flight simulator is one of the most realistic flight sim available for mobile platform and is my personal favourite. It has realistic flight physics with diverse and meticulous controls and indeed requires practice and skills. It may not be as tough as in FSX however if you are an aviation geek or like flying, then its a must try.

The simulator has various aircrafts ranging from Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Cessna , etc. There are different regions to choose from to fly and the most interesting feature is the 'Live' . In 'Live' you can fly with others like in the real world with ATC support however you will need a Live account and subscription charges will be applied based on monthly or weekly subscription.
The graphics of aircrafts are very real with realistic weather conditions (fog, wind gusts, turbulence), day/night view and airport markings are meticulously done.

The Infinite flight simulator is paid with in-app purchases available. It costs Rs.320 or $5.00 on the play store. The app will be updated soon with a new aircraft i.e MD11/DC10 and a new feature called global will be released in which one can fly from one continent to another.

2. Aerofly 1 flight simulator

The Aerofly 1 is another flight simulator available with great aircraft physics and graphics. The controls however are not as great as that on the infinite flight sim yet the graphics compensate for it. The number of aircrafts available are slightly lesser than infinite flight and not all are available free.
The Aerofly 1 is available for free on the play store and initial download size is almost 1.2 GB.
It's one of the best free flight sims available.

3. Coach Bus simulator

The Coach bus simulator from Ovilex Software is one of the best. The Ovilex developers are highly known for their Vehicle related simulation on Android platform and excel in them.

The graphics may not be as realistic as simulators in PC yet acceptable concerning Mobile platform. Speaking of the Sim it has wide variety of Coaches to choose from and one can drive from one city to another. The map is diverse and buses are customizable. You can also unlock buses by collecting money obtained per trip and refill fuel as well as revive buses in garage from any damage. The best part is that you get the interior view which is dynamic and highly detailed.
The Coach bus simulator is available for free on the play store and in-app purchases are available.

4. Indian Train Simulator

Highbrow interactive is a developer which develops train sims for mobile platform. The Indian Train Simulator is a decent Train sim although not as realistic as any of the above mentioned sims. It has decent graphics with good details, different views, good control option, different models of Train Coaches and engines as well as additional details of platform announcements and so on.

There are different routes to choose from (however slightly limited destinations) and one can choose the weather conditions, etc.

Another version of the Indian Train sim is Indian Local train sim which is focussed on Mumbai's Local train. The features remain the same as in Indian Train Sim and indeed is worth trying.

Euro Train Sim from Highbrow developer is another Train Sim which was made prior to the above two. It also has good graphics and decent controls.

5. Hmmsim 2

This Sim is a Subway Sim based on the subway line of Seoul, South Korea. This Sim is mainly focussed on precisely controlling the subway and braking at the right time.
The graphics are excellent and variety of controls are available also one must focus on reaching the destination at the specified time.
